Guidelines for purchase
You must be over 18 years to buy from our web shop. If you are under 18, the purchase must be done through a guardian / adult. Social security number is required for purchase by invoice.
Personal information is stored not with us.

Notification of your package
Your order is sent by mail. If your package is too large to be distributed directly to your mailbox, you get a notice home to pick up your package at your nearest delivery point to the mail.

Your order is sent to the address you provided when ordering. It is therefore important that the buyer's information is correct and that the originator's name is excellent at the address / mailbox so that the post office can deliver your order. If the package is returned to us due to post office could not find the receiver at the specified address, the buyer may stand for re-shipping charge if we send the package again.

Shipping Costs
Freight costs within Sweden is calculated depending on weight. Free freight for orders over 700 sek.

Freight cost outside Sweden is calculated depending on weight and specified in the cart during checkout.

 

Payment options

Credit Card
We cooperate with Euroline 3D Secure and DIBS for secure card payments. You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard, Diners Club or American Express.

Payson
We offer direct payment via Payson. You can pay through this method of payment safely over the Internet without having to enter card number, etc..

Bill / Invoice
Only possible for customers within Sweden. If you select payment option invoice, we will add a billing fee of 20 sek. You will receive an invoice from Klarna and pay the invoice within 14 days.

Delivery
We send your order within 3 weekdays.The delivery time within Sweden is then normally 1 working day (up to 3 working days for some postal codes), and outside Sweden 3-6 working days.

For now we can only deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Åland when ordering thru our web shop. If you wish to order to another country other than above, you can send a request by e-mail order@vekk.biz we will get back with a publisher regarding price and postage.

Terms of times for packages
If you do not pick up your package within time, the package is returned to us. This leads to an administrative fee which we will bill you. The fee for this is 200% of the shipping fee. The client is blocked until the fee is paid. If the customer does not pay this invoice for unclaimed package, we will send the invice to collection.

Returns & Complaints
According to the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act, you as a customer the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive the product and without specific reason. Only if the product and product packaging is intact, is unused and not damaged or corrupted. You may not use the product but of course, carefully examine it.

On return / regretted buying the customer pays the freight costs and the reimbursement occurs within 30 days.

Refund on return
Customer contact us by sending an email to info@vekk.biz to provide information on account numbers and bank repayment to happen to.
Repayment is made as soon as we receive and verify the customer's return, but not later than 30 days.
